Step 1
Préchauffez le four à 180°C. Lavez les patates douces puis disposez-les sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson. Piquez-les à l'aide d'une fourchette. Enfournez-les 45 à 50 minutes à 180°C, en les retournant à mi-cuisson.
Step 2
Au bout de 50 minutes, sortez les patates douces du four. Coupez-les en deux dans le sens de la longueur.
Step 3
Garnissez-les avec le chèvre frais, les lardons et parsemez-les d'herbes de Provence. Poursuivez la cuisson au four 10 à 15 minutes à 180°C.
Step 4
Une fois les lardons dorés, sortez les patates douces du four.
Step 5
Servez la patate douce dans une assiette avec la salade verte. Parsemez de ciboulette ciselée, si vous en avez. Re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts, c'est prêt !
