Step 1

Coupez l'avocat en deux, retirez la peau puis coupez-le en fines lamelles.

Dans un bol, battez les œufs avec une pincée de sel et du poivre.

Dans une poêle à feu doux, ajoutez une noisette de beurre puis les œufs. Mélangez avec une spatule. Les œufs doivent rester un peu baveux, pas trop cuits.
