Baby bella mushrooms (whole)

Step 1

Lavez puis coupez les champignons en fines lamelles.

Step 2

Faites chauffer un filet d'huile d'olive dans une poêle, sur feu moyen. Ajoutez les champignons. Salez, poivrez et faites-les revenir 5 à 6 minutes.

Step 3

Étalez le chèvre frais sur les deux tranches de pain puis ajoutez le miel par-dessus.

Ham (deli slices)

Step 4

Sur l'une des deux tranches, ajoutez le jambon et les champignons. Poivrez puis refermez le grilled cheese avec la seconde tranche de pain.

Step 5

Faites fondre une noisette de beurre dans une poêle, sur feu moyen. Faites revenir le grilled cheese 2 minutes sur chaque face, pour qu'il soit bien doré. Coupez le feu, couvrez la poêle et laissez reposer hors du feu 1 minute.

Si vous le souhaitez, coupez le grilled cheese en deux.
