Step 1
Préchauffez le four à 220°C. Lavez puis coupez les courgettes en deux dans le sens de la longueur, puis en très fines lamelles.
Step 2
Dans une poêle, faites chauffer un filet d'huile d'olive. Râpez l'ail par-dessus puis ajoutez les courgettes. Salez, poivrez et faites revenir pendant 7-8 minutes.
Step 3
Dans un plat allant au four, ajoutez : les gnocchis, les courgettes et la purée de tomates. Salez, poivrez et mélangez le tout.
Step 4
Ajoutez ensuite le chèvre frais émietté et le pesto. Assaisonnez à nouveau, puis enfournez 25 minutes à 220°C.
Step 5
Sortez du four et servez. C'est prêt !
