Step 1

Préchauffez le four à 200°C. Lavez puis coupez les courgettes en fines lamelles.

Butter (unsalted)
Parmesan (grated)
Bread crumbs (plain)

Step 2

Dans un petit saladier, mélangez : le beurre mou, le parmesan et la chapelure. Salez et poivrez puis mélangez à la main jusqu'à obtenir une pâte sableuse.

Step 3

Sur une grande plaque recouverte de papier cuisson, ajoutez : le filet de saumon, les lamelles de courgettes et les tomates cerises préalablement lavées.

Step 4

Répartissez ensuite le crumble sur le filet de saumon. Ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive, du sel et du poivre sur les légumes et mélangez le tout à l'aide de vos mains.

Step 5

Enfournez pendant 30-40 minutes à 200°C, le temps que la croûte du saumon soit bien dorée. C'est prêt !
