Step 1

Préchauffez le four à 210°C. Lavez puis coupez les courgettes en rondelles.

Dans une plat allant au four ou sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson, déposez les courgettes d'un côté et les pois-chiches préalablement égouttés de l'autre. Assaisonnez le tout d'un filet d'huile d'olive, de cumin, salez et poivrez. Mélangez puis enfourne 15 minutes à 210°C.

Pendant ce temps, égouttez puis coupez les tomates séchées en morceaux.

Une fois bien dorés, sortez les légumes du four. Servez-les dans une assiette avec la burrata déchirée en morceaux et les tomates séchées. Ajoutez quelques feuilles de menthe et un filet d'huile d'olive. Re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts, c'est prêt !
