Tomato (for cooking)

Step 1

Préchauffez le four à 200°C. Lavez puis coupez les tomates en deux dans le sens de la longueur. Réservez.

Parsley (fresh)

Si vous avez du persil, hachez-le finement.

Step 3

Dans un bol, ajoutez la chapelure, le persil, les herbes de Provence et l'ail râpé. Salez et poivrez puis mélangez.

Step 4

Dans un plat allant au four, disposez les chipolatas et les tomates coupées en deux. Sur chaque tomate, ajoutez l'équivalent d'une cuillère à soupe du mélange à la chapelure. Salez et poivrez puis versez un filet d'huile d'olive par dessus.

Step 5

Enfournez pour 30 minutes de cuisson à 200°C. Servez, c'est prêt !
