Step 1
Coupez ou déchirez la pancetta en morceaux.
Step 2
Dans le panier du air-fryer, ajoutez : les cappelletti, les morceaux de pancetta et un petit fond d'eau. Faites-les cuire au air-fryer 5 minutes à 200°C.
Step 3
Au bout de 5 minutes, ajoutez la crème liquide et le parmesan râpé. Mélangez puis poursuivez la cuisson 5 minutes au air-fryer à 200°C.
Step 4
Une fois les cappelletti cuits, sortez le panier du air-fryer. Servez-les dans une assiette avec le jaune d'œuf et du parmesan râpé, s'il vous en reste. Re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts et dégustez aussitôt. C'est prêt !
