Buddha bowl aux falafels & brocolis

Ingredients

Stovetop, Pot (small) and Frying pan.
Recipe

Step 1
Lavez puis coupez le brocoli en sommités. Coupez les sommités en deux ou en quatre selon leur taille.
Step 2
Dans une casserole d’eau bouillante salée, ajoutez le brocoli. Faites-le cuire 5 à 6 minutes, puis égouttez-le et réservez au chaud.


Step 3
Pendant ce temps, préparez la sauce au yaourt. Dans un bol, mélangez : le yaourt grec, la ciboulette ciselée, si vous en avez, et un filet d'huile d'olive. Salez et poivrez.

Step 4
Faites chauffer un filet d'huile d'olive dans une poêle puis faites dorer les falafels pendant 7 minutes en remuant régulièrement pour faire dorer toutes les faces.

Step 5
Réchauffez le quinoa selon les instructions du paquet.


Step 6
Servez le quinoa dans une assiette creuse avec les falafel, les brocolis et la sauce au yaourt. Ajouter la feta émiettée et du persil, si vous en avez. Re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts, c'est prêt !
