Step 1
Coupez le steak en fines lamelles.

Pendant ce temps, faites chauffer un filet d'huile d'olive dans une poêle, sur feu vif. Ajoutez le bœuf en lamelles et faites le revenir 2 minutes.

Ajoutez les nouilles égouttées et versez la sauce satay dans la poêle. Mélangez et poursuivez la cuisson 1 minute supplémentaire.

Servez les nouilles au bœuf sauce satay dans une assiette. Ajoutez quelques feuilles de coriandre et des cacahuètes concassées, si vous en avez. Re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts, c'est prêt !
