Préchauffez le four à 180°C. Coupez la bûche de chèvre en rondelles.

Tomato sauce (basil)

Sur une plaque allant au four, recouverte de papier cuisson, disposez la tortilla et étalez la sauce tomate dessus.

Oregano (dried)

Step 3

Ajoutez ensuite le roquefort émietté, le chèvre, la mozzarella râpée et l'origan. Enfournez 6 à 8 minutes à 180°C.
