Yellow onion

Step 1

Placez l'oignon épluché coupé en 4 dans le bol inox. Lancez le programme expert, 5 minutes/vitesse 1A/140°C.

Butternut squash

Step 2

Lavez les pommes et le butternut. Épluchez les pommes et coupez-les en cubes. Coupez le butternut en 2, videz-le puis coupez les extrémités.

Ajoutez alors le butternut et les pommes dans le bol et lancez le programme expert, 5 minutes/vitesse 1A/140°C

Step 4

À la fin du programme, salez, poivrez et ajoutez de l'eau à niveau (environ 200 g par personne). Lancez le programme soupe veloutée, 20 minutes.

Step 5

Servez. Délicieux avec un peu de bleu/roquefort et quelques noix ;). C'est prêt !
