Step 1
Ajoutez dans le bol inox les petits pois et 20 cl d'eau/personne. Lancez le programme soupe veloutée, 20 minutes.

Prélevez la chair des avocats.

Transvasez le velouté dans un récipient pour laisser tiédir environ 30 minutes.
Step 4
Après 20 minutes, ajoutez dans le bol inox, l'avocat, la roquette, la gousse d'ail pelée, et un filet d'huile d'olive. Salez et poivrez. Lancez le programme smoothie.
