Step 1

Placez les betteraves, le concombre, le chèvre. Et le jus de citron dans le bol du Thermomix. (Optionnel : ajoutez des feuilles de menthe). Ajoutez 1 tasse d'eau par personne (200 g), salez et poivrez.

Step 2

Mélangez 30 sec / vitesse 6 jusqu'à obtenir un velouté. Servez seul ou avec des croutons, de la crème ou du fromage frais. C'est prêt !
