Step 1

Faites chauffer un filet d'huile d'olive dans une poêle, sur feu moyen. Ajoutez l'ail râpé. Faites-le revenir 30 secondes, en mélangeant.

Ajoutez la poêlée de légumes. Salez, poivrez et faites-les revenir 2 à 3 minutes.

White rice (long grain, cooked)
Soy sauce

Step 3

Ajoutez ensuite le riz et la sauce soja. Poursuivez la cuisson 1 à 2 minutes, en mélangeant.

Salmon (fresh)

Step 4

En parallèle, faites chauffer un filet d'huile d'olive dans une seconde poêle, sur feu moyen. Ajoutez le saumon côté peau vers le bas. Salez, poivrez et faites-le griller 6 minutes, jusqu'à ce qu'il soit bien doré.

Chives (fresh)

Step 5

Servez le riz sauté aux légumes dans une assiette avec le saumon par-dessus. Parsemez de ciboulette ciselée, si vous en avez et re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts. C'est prêt !
