Step 1

Lavez puis coupez les tomates cerises en deux.

Lavez puis coupez le concombre en cubes.

Préparez la semoule. Faites bouillir de l'eau chaude. Dans un bol, mélangez la semoule avec un filet d'huile d'olive, du sel et du poivre. Versez ensuite par-dessus le même volume de semoule en eau, couvrez et laissez gonfler 5 minutes. Mélangez bien ensuite.

Servez la semoule dans une assiette creuse avec la roquette, les pois chiches, le concombre et les tomates. Ajoutez le tzatziki par-dessus et re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts. C'est prêt !
