Préparez la semoule. Faites bouillir de l'eau chaude. Dans un bol, mélangez la semoule avec un filet d'huile d'olive, du sel et du poivre. Versez ensuite par-dessus le même volume de semoule en eau, couvrez et laissez gonfler 5 minutes. Mélangez bien ensuite.
