Step 1
Préchauffez le four à 200°C. Lavez la patate douce puis découpez-la en rondelles.

Déposez les rondelle de patate douce dans un plat allant au four. Ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive, salez et poivrez. Enfournez pendant 30 minutes à 200°C.

Pendant ce temps, épluchez puis coupez l'avocat en tranches.

Réalisez la sauce. Dans un bol, ajoutez : la moutarde, le miel & 1 cuillère à soupe d'huile d'olive par personne. Salez, poivrez et mélangez.
Step 5
Dans une assiette ou un plat, ajoutez les lentilles égouttées, les rondelles de patate douce et l'avocat. Versez la sauce miel moutarde par-dessus et parsemez de ciboulette ciselée, si vous en avez. C'est prêt !
