Step 1

Épluchez puis émincez finement l'échalote.

White mushrooms (whole)

Lavez puis émincez les champignons en tranches.

Dans une casserole, ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive puis faites revenir l'échalote pendant 2 minutes.

Step 4

Ajoutez le riz, mélangez et laissez dorer 1 minute puis ajoutez le vin blanc et laissez cuire jusqu'à évaporation de celui-ci.

Step 5

Ajoutez les champignons et versez le bouillon petit à petit (comptez 250 ml d'eau par personne). L'idée est de renouveler l'opération après chaque évaporation.

Boursin cheese (garlic & herb)

Une fois le riz cuit (après une vingtaine de minutes) ajoutez le fromage ail et fines herbes hors du feu.

Salez, poivrez mélangez bien et dressez dans une assiette. Option : ajoutez un peu de persil si vous en avez. C'est prêt !
