Step 1
Préchauffez le four à 180°C. Placez la pâte feuilletée dans un moule à tarte (le nôtre fait 25 cm de diamètre), puis piquez-la avec une fourchette. Faites-la précuire 5 minutes à 180°C.




Step 2
Pendant ce temps, préparez l'appareil à quiche. Dans un saladier, cassez les œufs. Ajoutez la crème, la ricotta et l'origan. Salez, poivrez, puis fouettez énergiquement.


Step 3
Ajoutez ensuite le thon préalablement égoutté, le zeste et le jus de citron. Mélangez délicatement.
Step 4
Une fois la pâte précuite, sortez-la du four.
Step 5
Versez l'appareil à quiche dans le fond de tarte puis re-enfournez 40 à 45 minutes à 180°C.
Step 6
Une fois cuite et bien dorée, sortez la quiche au thon ricotta & citron du four. Servez-la chaude ou froide avec une salade verte assaisonnée selon vos goûts. C'est prêt !
