Step 1

Dans le bol Cookeo, ajoutez la chair à saucisse et râpez l'ail.

Salez, poivrez, mélangez et lancez la cuisson en mode dorer 5 minutes.

Ajoutez les tomates pelées, 200 ml d'eau, le basilic et mélangez.

Lancez la cuisson sous pression pendant 5 minutes.

Préparez la polenta : mettez le lait à bouillir dans une casserole.

Une fois le lait chaud, ajoutez la polenta en pluie tout en remuant avec un fouet pendant 3 à 4 minutes, jusqu'à obtenir une texture crémeuse.

Salez et poivrez, puis incorporez le parmesan râpé et un peu plus de lait si trop épais.
