Stovetop, Pot (small), Colander, Frying pan
Step 1
Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water with some salt according to the prep time listed on the packet.
Step 2
Meanwhile, drizzle some olive oil in a frying pan, add some minced garlic (or garlic powder), and cook for 1 minute on medium heat.
Step 3
Now add the cream, the tomato paste, and the vodka.
Step 4
Add 1 tablespoon of the pasta water per person into the sauce.
Step 5
Mix it all together and then let simmer on medium heat, mixing regularly, while the pasta finishes cooking.
Step 6
When the pasta is ready, drain it, and then mix it with the sauce.
Step 7
Plate your pasta and sprinkle some grated parmesan on top. Season it a little more if you want, and enjoy!
