Step 1
Préchauffez le four à 200°C. Lavez puis coupez les champignons en quartiers fins.



Step 2
Sur une plaque allant au four, ajoutez les gnocchi, les champignons et les lardons. Ajoutez un petit filet d'huile d'olive, salez et poivrez. Parsemez le tout de piment d'Espelette et mélangez bien. Enfournez 25 à 30 minutes à 200°C.

Step 3
Pendant ce temps, enlevez la croûte de la tomme si besoin puis coupez-la en petits cubes.
Step 4
Au bout de 30 minutes, sortez la plaque du four, ajoutez la tomme et re-enfournez 5 à 10 minutes.

Step 5
Une fois le fromage bien doré et gratiné, sortez le one pan de gnocchis, champignons & tomme du four. Parsemez-le de noix concassées, si vous en avez et re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts. C'est prêt !
