Step 1
Faites chauffer la soupe selon les instructions du paquet, dans une casserole à feu doux ou au micro-ondes.

Pendant ce temps, faites cuire les œufs 3 minutes dans une casserole d'eau bouillante.

Placez les œufs dans des coquetiers et coupez les chapeaux à l’aide d’un couteau.


Step 4
Faites griller les tranches de pain, si vous le souhaitez, et tartinez-les de fromage ail & fines herbes. Coupez-les ensuite en mouillettes.
Step 5
Servez le mouliné de légumes dans un bol accompagné des œufs à la coque et des mouillettes. Re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts et dégustez aussitôt. C'est prêt !
