Step 1

In a bowl, add the beef (chopped into thin strips), half the quantity of spices, some olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix and set aside to marinate while you prepare the next steps.

Yellow onion

Step 2

Add the onion (peeled and chopped in half), stock cube, a bit of olive oil to the Thermomix bowl, and cook for 6 minutes/120°C/speed 1. Then chop for 5 seconds/speeed 4.

Step 3

Ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive et faites dorer 2 min / 120°C / sens inverse / vitesse 1.

Beef bouillon (cube)

Step 4

Add the chopped tomatoes, the rest of the spices, and cook for 5 minutes/Varoma/reverse mode/simmer setting.

Step 5

Add the marinated beef and cook for 3 minutes/100°C /reverse mode/speed 1.

Kidney beans (canned)

Step 6

Strain and rinse the beans, add to the pot and cook for 3 minutes/100°C/reverse mode/speed 1.

Flour tortilla (medium)
Cilantro (fresh)

Step 7

Serve with tortillas (optional: a bit of cilantro if you have any).
