Linguine aux crevettes & sauce tomate

Step 1
Si besoin, faites décongeler les crevettes, puis décortiquez-les.

Step 2
Dans une casserole d'eau bouillante salée, faites cuire les pâtes selon les instructions du paquet. En fin de cuisson, égouttez les pâtes.


Step 3
En parallèle, faites chauffer un filet d'huile d'olive dans une poêle, sur feu moyen. Ajoutez l'ail râpé, les crevettes et le piment d'Espelette. Faites-les revenir 2 minutes, en remuant.

Step 4
Ajoutez les pâtes égouttées dans la poêle avec la sauce tomate. Mélangez et poursuivez la cuisson 1 à 2 minutes.

Step 5
Servez les linguine aux crevettes & sauce tomate dans une assiette creuse. Ajoutez quelques feuilles de basilic, si vous en avez. Re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts, c'est prêt !
