A quick & easy tagine - a great recipe to have in your repertoire !
Make sure you have...
Stovetop, Pot (small), Frying pan
Step 1
Peel and mince the onion. Cook for 3 minutes in a hot pan with a bit of olive oil and the ginger.
Step 2
Add the chicken and fry for 5 minutes. Add 100g of water per person, the stock cube, lemon zest and the juice of 1/2 a lemon per person. Cover and cook for 15 minutes on a low heat. Add the green olives towards the end of the cooking time.
Step 3
Put the durum wheat into a bowl, add the same quantity of hot water to it and a bit of olive oil.
Step 4
Leave to absorb while the chicken is cooking. Add a bit of butter and fluff it with a fork.
Step 5
