Les lasagnes maison, c'est bien plus simple que ce que vous pensez !
Stovetop, Oven, Pot (small), Baking dish
Step 1
Préchauffez le four à 180°C. Faites décongeler vos épinards selon les instructions du paquet.
Step 2
Dans une casserole, ajoutez le beurre et faites-le fondre à feu doux.
Step 3
Ajoutez la farine et mélangez rapidement.
Step 4
Ajoutez progressivement le lait en mélangeant jusqu'à obtenir une texture de pâte à crêpes un peu épaisse.
Step 5
Salez, poivrez et mélangez. Ajoutez un peu de muscade si vous en avez.
Step 6
Faites 3 couches de : épinards, saumon, béchamel, parmesan, feuilles de lasagnes (crues).
Step 7
Une fois les 3 couches réalisées, terminez par une couche de béchamel et de parmesan.
Step 8
Enfournez à 180°C pendant 40 minutes.
Step 9
Servez, c'est prêt !
