Step 1
Cut the mushrooms into strips.
Step 2
In a hot pan, melt a knob of butter. Cook the gnocchi for 2 minutes until golden brown.
Step 3
Pour the mushrooms into the pan and cook for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Cover the pan, and let it cook on low heat for 2 more minutes.
Step 4
Add the gnocchi and cook for 2 more minutes.
Step 5
Place the gnocchi on a plate, add the crumbled feta cheese and finely chopped chives if you have them. Drizzle with olive oil. It's ready!
