Step 1
Cut the chicken into pieces.
Step 2
In a bowl, add: the chicken pieces, a good drizzle of olive oil, the herbs of Provence and the paprika. Mix well, using your hands.
Step 3
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken, salt and pepper. Brown for 4 to 5 minutes, until lightly browned. Set aside off the heat.
Step 4
In the same pan, melt a knob of butter over high heat. Add the gnocchi to the pan and brown them for 2 minutes, stirring. Cover and continue cooking for 3 minutes over low heat, until they are golden brown.
Step 5
Add the liquid cream, grated garlic and grated parmesan to the pan. Mix until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Step 6
Then add the grilled chicken. Continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring.
Step 7
Serve the gnocchi alfredo in a deep plate or bowl. Add pepper and a little grated parmesan. It's ready!
