Step 1
Tartinez les tranches de pain de mie de la moitié de la béchamel.


Step 2
Ajoutez la viande des grisons et la raclette sur une des tranches de pain.

Step 3
Refermez les croq's avec la seconde tranche de pain, puis recouvrez-les du reste de béchamel et du fromage râpé.
Step 4
Disposez-les dans le panier du air-fryer avec la grille et du papier cuisson. Faites-les cuire au air-fryer 6 à 8 minutes à 200°C.

Step 5
Une fois bien dorés et croustillants, sortez les croq' montagnards du air-fryer. Coupez-les en deux, si vous le souhaitez, et servez-les dans une assiette avec la salade verte assaisonnée selon vos goûts. C'est prêt !
