Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C. First prepare the brownie batter. Break the chocolate (100g for 1 cake) and melt it in a bain-marie or in the microwave with the butter (75g for 1 cake), until you obtain a smooth texture.

Raw cane sugar

Step 2

Pour the chocolate/butter mixture into a salad bowl and add the sugar (80g for 1 cake).* Mix. *Check out our tips for this step

Egg

Then add the eggs one by one (2 for 1 cake), while whisking.

Flour (all-purpose)

Step 4

Add the flour (75g for 1 cake) and a pinch of salt, then mix again until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.

Step 5

Line a cake pan with parchment paper, then pour the mixture into it.

Then prepare the cookie dough. Roughly chop the rest of the chocolate (100g for 1 cake).

Step 8

Add the remaining eggs one by one (2 for 1 cake) and mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.

Baking powder

Step 9

Add the rest of the flour (180g for 1 cake) and the yeast, then mix. Add the crushed chocolate and mix again.

Step 10

Drop the cookie dough on top of the brownie batter using two tablespoons. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.

Step 11

Remove the brookie from the oven. Let it cool before eating it. It's ready !
