Step 1

Préparez l'appareil. Dans un saladier, cassez les œufs. Salez, poivrez, puis battez-les.

Ajoutez les flocons d'avoines et la levure. Mélangez puis incorporez le lait petit à petit, en mélangeant.

Feta cheese (block)

Ajoutez ensuite le thon égoutté et émietté, suivi de la feta émiettée. Mélangez bien à nouveau.

Huilez un bol allant au micro-ondes, puis versez-y l'appareil. Faites cuire le bowl cake 3 à 4 minutes au micro-ondes, puissance 600-800W.
