Step 1
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pot, on medium heat. Add the grated or chopped garlic.
Step 2
Crumble the stock cube into the pot & pour 200 ml of water per person on top. Bring to a boil.
Step 3
Add the tortellini into the pot & cook for 2-3 min, on medium heat.
Step 4
Add the spinach, dill leaves (optional) & cream. Season with pepper & stir well.
Step 5
Serve the tortellini broth in a bowl. Top with extra dill, if you have & re-season to taste. Enjoy !
