Step 1
Préchauffez le four à 180°C. Déroulez la pâte feuilletée et piquez-la à l'aide d'une fourchette.

Parsemez légèrement de chapelure, puis répartissez la ratatouille par-dessus, en laissant 1 à 2 cm sur les bords.

Ajoutez le chèvre frais en morceaux et parsemez d'herbes de Provence. Poivrez et enfournez 25 à 30 minutes à 180°C.

Une fois bien dorée, sortez la tarte du four. Ajoutez quelques feuilles de basilic, si vous en avez et servez-la avec une salade verte assaisonnée selon vos goûts. C'est prêt !
