Step 1

Préchauffez le four à 180°C. Déroulez la pâte feuilletée et piquez-la à l'aide d'une fourchette.

Parsemez légèrement de chapelure, puis répartissez la ratatouille par-dessus, en laissant 1 à 2 cm sur les bords.

Ajoutez le chèvre frais en morceaux et parsemez d'herbes de Provence. Poivrez et enfournez 25 à 30 minutes à 180°C.
