Oven, Baking dish
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210°C. On a baking tray covered with baking paper, place the breaded chicken, then bake for 12 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, wash then cut the tomatoes into slices.
Step 3
In a hot pan, add the bacon slices and grill them for 2 minutes on each side over high heat. They should become almost crispy. Then remove onto a sheet of paper towel.
Step 4
Once browned, remove the breaded chicken from the oven.* *Check out our tips for this step
Step 5
Spread the barbecue sauce on the tortilla. Add the lettuce, tomatoes and bacon. Then add the cheddar and the breaded chicken.
Step 6
Roll everything up, then cut the wrap in half. It's ready !
If needed, slice the breaded chicken into smaller pieces before adding them into the tortilla.
