Step 1
Épluchez l'échalote. Déposez-la dans le bol du robot et mixez 5 sec / vitesse 5.

Step 2
Coupez le potimarron en deux, videz-le, coupez-le en tranches puis en cubes.


Step 3
Ajoutez le potimarron dans le bol avec une noisette de beurre et l'échalote et faites revenir 3 min / 120°C / vitesse 1.
Step 4
Salez, poivrez et ajoutez 250 g d’eau / personne puis prolongez la cuisson 15 min / 100°C / vitesse 1.

Step 5
Pendant ce temps, faites chauffer une poêle et placez-y les tranches de jambon. Saisissez-les, à feu vif, 1 minute de chaque côté.

Step 6
Après 15 minutes de cuisson, ajoutez la crème dans le bol du mixeur et mixez 30 sec/vitesse 10 (avec le gobelet sur le couvercle). Servez la soupe avec les chips de jambon, c'est prêt !
