Pot-au-feu vegetables

Step 1

Lavez puis coupez tous les légumes en cubes d'environ 2 à 3 cm. Pensez à rincer les poireaux pour retirer les impuretés.

Step 2

Dans une casserole, faites chauffer un filet d'huile d'olive. Ajoutez tous les légumes. Salez, poivrez, puis faites-les revenir 5 à 6 minutes sur feu vif.

Vegetable bouillon (cube)

Step 3

Ajoutez le bouillon de légumes et 220ml d'eau par personne. Portez à ébullition, puis baissez le feu et couvrez. Laissez mijoter 15 à 20 minutes.

Step 4

Mixez le tout pour obtenir un velouté onctueux. Ajoutez un peu d’eau si nécessaire.

Step 5

Servez le potage dans un bol ou une assiette creuse. Assaisonnez selon vos goûts, c'est prêt !
