Lime

Step 1

Cut the lime into wedges.

Mint (fresh)
Raw cane sugar

Step 2

In a glass, add the lime wedges & smash them with a muddler or wooden spoon to release the juices. Add sugar & fresh mint leaves. Crush everything together once more.

Rum (white)

Step 3

Add the crushed ice & rum. Stir with a spoon.

Sparkling water

Step 4

Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a few mint leaves & a lime wedge. Sip & enjoy !
