Step 1
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta 10 min. Add a drizzle of olive oil or stir occasionally to prevent the pasta from sticking. Once cooked through, drain the pasta.* *Check out our tips for this step
Step 2
Meanwhile, wash & finely slice the mushrooms.
Step 3
Peel & chop the garlic.
Step 4
In a large pan, cook the bacon for 8-10 min, on high heat.
Step 5
Add the garlic & mushrooms & continue cooking for 5 min.
Step 6
Deglaze with white wine, then add the cream. Season with pepper & continue cooking for 1-2 min, on medium heat.
Step 7
Mix the sauce with the strained lasagna sheets.
Step 8
Serve the lasagna with the sauce & top with chopped chives, if you have some. Season to taste & enjoy !
To prevent the pasta from sticking together, we suggest rinsing them to get rid of the starch.
