A recipe for an unmissable breaded chicken sandwich with a delicious homemade deluxe sauce!
Stovetop, Frying pan, Oven
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Arrange the fries on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake for the cooking time indicated on the packet.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a hot pan, pour a drizzle of olive oil. Add the breaded chicken and grill it for 3 minutes on each side. Keep warm.
Step 3
In the same pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and toast the burger buns on the crumb side for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Prepare the sauce. Finely slice the shallot and chop the chives. In a bowl, mix: crème fraîche, mayonnaise, minced shallot, garlic powder and chives. Salt, pepper and add half a teaspoon of cider vinegar per person (optional). Mix well, then set aside to cool.
Step 5
Remove the fries from the oven.
Step 6
Garnish your burgers by spreading the sauce on the base. Add the breaded chicken, cheddar and lettuce. Spread the other bun with sauce, then close the burger. Serve with fries, it's ready!
