Air fryer.

Recipe

Chicken cutlet (breaded, pre-cooked)

Step 1

Place the chicken tenders in the air fryer basket with the rack. Air fry according to package instructions.

Red onion

Step 2

Meanwhile, peel & thinly slice the red onions.

Cherry tomatoes

Step 3

Wash & cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Avocado

Step 4

Peel the avocado then remove the pit & thinly slice it

Step 5

Once golden brown, remove the breaded chicken from the air fryer and cut it into slices.

Mayonnaise
Ketchup
Apple cider vinegar

Step 6

Prepare the cocktail sauce. In a bowl, mix: mayonnaise, ketchup and cider vinegar.

Romaine lettuce

Step 7

Serve the salad on a plate with the cherry tomatoes, avocado & chicken. Add the onions & cocktail sauce. Season with pepper & enjoy!
