Garlic

Step 1

Place the peeled onion and garlic in the bowl of your blender. Blend for 5 sec / speed 5. Scrape down the sides with a spatula, add a drizzle of olive oil or a pat of butter and fry for 2 min / 120°C / speed 1.

Cauliflower (fresh)

Step 2

Meanwhile, wash & cut the broccoli into florets. Slice the stem into small cubes. Add them to the bowl and fry for 3 min / 120°C / speed 1.

Vegetable bouillon (cube)

Step 3

Add 2 cups of water per person, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 15 minutes at 100°C on speed 1.

Parmesan (grated)

Step 4

Add parmesan cheese and blend for 30 sec / speed 10. Add water if necessary to obtain the desired consistency.

Step 5

Adjust the seasoning. Serve the soup and dig in! Add a touch of cream for a gourmet finish ;) Enjoy!
