Step 1

Peel and finely chop the garlic and onions.

Step 2

Add the onions and garlic with a drizzle of olive oil to the bowl of the Cookeo. Start cooking in browning mode for 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel and chop the potatoes in small cubes (1 inch). Strain the sweetcorn. Slice the bacon.

In the mixing bowl, add the corn and potatoes, vegetable stock cube, bacon and 1 cup of water/person. Cook for 20 min / 100°C/ reverse mode / speed 1.

At the end of cooking, add the cream, salt and pepper and mix with the spatula and enjoy! (Optional: Decorate with a little fresh basil on top if you have some).
