Step 1
Finely chop the onion, grate the garlic and put them in your Digicook. Mix for 50 sec / speed 5 and scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula. Add a pat of butter (or a bit of olive oil) and cook for 2 min / 120°C / speed 2.
Step 2
Add a drizzle of olive oil. Close the lid without the measuring cap and program in reverse mode: 120°C / speed 2 / 2 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, peel and chop the potatoes in small cubes (1 inch). Strain the sweetcorn. Slice the bacon.
Step 4
In the mixing bowl, add the corn and potatoes, vegetable stock cube, bacon and 1 cup of water/person. Cook for 20 min / 100°C / reverse mode / speed 1.
Step 5
Close the lid without the measuring cap and program in reverse mode: 100°C / speed 1 / 20 minutes.
Step 6
At the end of cooking, add the cream, salt and pepper and mix with the spatula and enjoy! (Optional: Decorate with a little fresh basil on top if you have some).
