Step 1
Place onion and garlic in bowl. Blend for 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down the sides with a spatula. Add a pat of butter (or a drizzle of olive oil) and fry for 2 min / 120°C / reverse direction / speed 2.
Step 2
Meanwhile, peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes (1 inch). Drain the corn. Slice the bacon.
Step 3
In the bowl, add the corn, potatoes, bouillon cube, bacon and 1 cup of water/person. Cook for 20 min / 100°C, reverse direction / speed Simmering
Step 4
At the end of cooking, add the cream, salt and pepper and mix with a spatula and enjoy! (Optional: Add a little fresh basil on top just before serving if you have it).
