Air Fryer Crispy Chicken Sandwich with Fries

Step 1
Add the fries & breaded chicken to the air fryer basket with the rack. Air fry according to package instructions.

Step 2
Meanwhile, toast the burger buns in a pan or in the air fryer for 1-2 min, until golden brown. Set aside.

Step 3
Peel then small dice the shallots.




Step 4
Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, mix: the crème fraîche, mayonnaise, shallot, garlic powder & chopped chives. Salt, pepper and add half a teaspoon of cider vinegar per person (optional). Mix well, then set aside to cool.
Step 5
Once the breaded chicken & the fries are golden & crispy, take them out of the air fryer.


Step 6
Garnish your burgers by spreading the sauce on the base. Add the breaded chicken, cheddar and lettuce. Spread the other bun with sauce, then close the burger. Serve with fries, it's ready!
