Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Spread the puff pastry sheet on a baking tray and prick its surface with a fork. Bake for 7 minutes.

Zucchini

Step 2

Meanwhile, wash and cut the zucchini into thin rounds.

Goat cheese (log)

Step 3

Slice the goat cheese into rounds.

Crème fraîche
Rosemary (dried)

Step 4

Once the pastry is lightly golden, remove it from the oven. Spread the crème fraîche on top and sprinkle with rosemary.

Step 5

Arrange the zucchini slices on top in a spiral pattern. Season with salt and pepper and top with crumbled goat's cheese.

Step 6

Sprinkle on some more rosemary and add a drizzle of olive oil.

Step 7

Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C & serve hot. Enjoy !
