Garlic

Step 1

Dice the onion and garlic. Add a drizzle of olive oil to a pot and add the onion and chopped garlic.

Zucchini
Vegetable bouillon (cube)

Step 2

Wash the zucchini and cut it into cubes. Add it to the pot along with 1/2 cup water per person, a pinch of salt and the vegetable bouillon cube.

Step 3

Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, use an immersion blender until smooth.

Kiri spreadable cream cheese

Step 4

Serve in bowls with some cream cheese on top. Optional: add some fresh herbs or chopped hazelnuts. Enjoy!
