Step 1

Chop the onions, wash and chop the zucchini in cubes. Mince the garlic.

Step 2

Add a drizzle of olive oil and cook for 3 min / 120°C / reverse / speed 1.

Vegetable bouillon (cube)

Step 3

In a thermomix, add the onions, zucchini, garlic, 1.5 cups of water per person, a pinch of salt, and the vegetable stock cube. Cook for 15 minutes/100°C/Speed 1.

Step 4

Season to taste. Mix for 1 minute/speed 4, increasing to speed 8 until you have a smooth texture.

Kiri spreadable cream cheese

Step 5

Serve adding the cream cheese on top and stir in to melt. Optional: add several fresh herbs if you have any).
