Potato

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1-inch cubes.

Step 2

In a pot of salted boiling water, add the potatoes and cook for 15 minutes.

Meatless nuggets

Step 3

In the meantime, cook the nuggets according to the instructions on the package (about 5 minutes on each side in a pan on medium heat).

Once the potatoes are cooked, drain and place them in a bowl.

Step 5

Add the milk and butter and season with salt & pepper. Mash to desired consistency (add some extra milk if it's too thick).

Step 6

Serve the nuggets with the mashed potatoes. Season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
